The school has been welcoming and educating the children of the area since it first opened in 1931. Corpus Christi is a Primary school with a Catholic ethos. Corpus Christi is a school “where we strive to learn together in a happy and safe environment where everyone is valued, respected and encouraged to do their best”.
We take our mission statement very seriously and strive to make this an inclusive school where the pupils are nurtured and will flourish in all aspects of their development.

2026 is off to a great start with Term 2 in Corpus Christi. Well done to all of our boys and girls for all of their hard work so far this term. January saw us celebrate Catholic School’s Week with great reflection and prayer. The whole staff received excellent training in the area of Autism.
The corridors were also filled with the fabulous singing of the pupils in 4th class as they prepared for their Peace Proms concerts.
We look forward to a busy few weeks ahead!
Our student committees are hard at work, preparing fantastic opportunities for the pupils in Corpus Christi.
Admissions to Corpus Christi for Junior Infants 26-27 are currently being processed as per the admissions policy and statements. Late applications are still being accepted under the admissions section of the website.
