The school has been welcoming and educating the children of the area since it first opened in 1931. Corpus Christi is a Primary school with a Catholic ethos. Corpus Christi is a school “where we strive to learn together in a happy and safe environment where everyone is valued, respected and encouraged to do their best”.

We take our mission statement very seriously and strive to make this an inclusive school where the pupils are nurtured and will flourish in all aspects of their development.

We are delighted to be back for the new school year in Corpus Christi National School.We hope all of our families had a restful summer. It is lovely to have the classrooms and corridors filled with smiling faces once again.

We are especially delighted to welcome the boys and girls in Junior Infants. They were super-excited to meet their teachers and looked great in their new school uniforms.

We look forward to helping all of our students grow and learn this school year.
